Large Group Retreat: Two Homes, Sleeps 16

This property was absolutely perfect for our families traveling to College Station for a wedding. Having 6 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms was ideal with 3 families staying here together. We enjoyed the backyards, the firepit, and the front porch on House #1. It would have been nice to have a larger kitchen table in House #1, and House #1 didn't have any oven mitts. But we improvised with some bathroom washcloths. Overall, it was a great place to stay and a convenient location. Would highly recommend if you have a large group of people that want to stay together for an event. Way better than staying in a hotel!

I rented this property for my son’s wedding. There were 14 of us that stayed between the 2 houses. We were missing some pillow cases and that was rectified immediately. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The only negative was that the toilet in the one king bedroom had some plumbing issues. Nothing major but it was a nuisance. Otherwise, these accommodations fit our needs and then some. The fire pit area was lovely for hosting some friends. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if we needed housing of this size. Also, this house was centrally located to campus, Century Square and many great restaurants.
