Cozy Home - Heart of Aggieland, 3 BR/2BA, 5Beds

This place is absolutely perfect. They really thought of everything and even had grill brushes to clean the bbq pit as well as all the utensils for grilling. The home is nice and super clean. Plenty of space and the back yard and fire pit is really nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had and was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveling to the area and will definitely be booking here for our next trip out. I've stayed at alot of Vrbos throughout the years and this place was top notch for cleanliness, thoughtfulness of the host to stock everything you would need for your stay and the location is great as well!!!!

The home was clean, comfortable and cutely furnished. The host were excellent communicators. We would stay here again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the cozy house. It was well supplied with all that would be needed. Would definite Positive: The home was clean and welcoming The yard was nice, fence was a bit dilapidated, but did its job. Negative: Nothing really!!

This property was perfect. Very clean, the beds and lines were extra comfortable. The owner promptly communicated all the details before our arrival and checked in to make sure all was well. We look forward to the next opportunity to stay in this home.
